This is a practical book on how to have an effective deacon ministry in the local church. It is also beneficial to pastors and other church leaders who are concerned with the spiritual and the practical aspects of ministry within and through a local congregation. The book provides helpful surveys and thought questions to assist leaders in evaluating their own lives as well at how to take an objective look at their congregation as a whole.
