In the art of cooking, an informed dash of one or two of the wide variety of aromatic spices adds flavor and character to an already good dish-turmeric in rice, cumin and garlic in lamb, coriander in curry, chili and cilantro in salsa. Likewise, a dash of drash adds interest and pleasure and contributes to a good, healthy study of Torah.
