In 1SELF, REINVENT YOURSELF TO RISE FROM ANY CRISIS, Dr. Bak is taking us on an adventure, a personal one. From the roots of immigrants fleeing war and rebuilding overseas to an overachieving entrepreneur, Dr. Bak is sharing his views and secrets about change and, of course, how to leverage it.Written in the midst of the COVID siege, 1SELF is part of a much larger endeavor, COVIDCONOMICS, a world movement to map the future of society post-COVID. 1SELF is not about society, but about the individual, about how each of us can withstand the change and quickly find a way to surf the tsunami of change instead of surviving it.As a society, we have a pace and all must follow. As an individual, we each have our own pace. The only way to surf change and to thrive is to find our own pace. This is what 1SELF is about, to inspire and guide you to find your own pace, moving forward.
