When the Holy Ghost is come explores the role of the Holy Ghost in Christian life with a strong focus on spiritual transformation and inner renewal. The work emphasizes the importance of receiving divine presence as an active and personal experience rather than a distant doctrine. It presents the Holy Ghost as a source of guidance, moral strength, and inward cleansing, shaping believers into lives of service and devotion. Through reflections grounded in Biblical teachings, the narrative explains how spiritual empowerment brings clarity, discipline, and renewed purpose. Attention is given to the contrast between spiritual uncertainty and spiritual fullness, showing how faith becomes more effective when aligned with inner conviction. The text also highlights purification of the heart, stressing humility, obedience, and surrender as essential steps toward spiritual maturity. Within the broader spiritual mission associated with The Salvation Army, the book encourages readers to examine their own faith practices and openness to divine influence. Overall, it serves as a reflective guide for those seeking deeper engagement, spiritual consistency, and a more transformative relationship with their beliefs.
