What is The Quest for God: Are Philosophers (Philosophoi) and Theologians (Theologoi) Friends of God (Theophiloi)? Part one is a brief philosophical and theological quest for God. Part two presents a tentative explanation of the one God, focusing on arguments for God's existence and the nature of God. The criticisms of monotheism are discussed in part three. The last part is basically an assessment of this continuous quest for the one God. In general, authentic philosophers (philosophoi) and theologians (Theologoi), tend to be 'friends of God' (Theophiloi) and pseudo-philosophers and theologians, 'haters of God' (Theostugēs).
