Jesus' main message was "the Kingdom of God." This should get our attention.

We use the phrase, but we use it like he did? Is it at the center of what we preach and teach? More importantly, is it at the center of the way we live? Is it an idea we feel sure we understand, or is it a vision that keeps stretching our faith?

If you are interested in comfortable faith that blends in with culture, this book will likely mess up your nice life. If you want to keep your Christian reflexes-shaped more by history and tradition than by Jesus-this book will give you a headache. But if you want to study an amazing and transforming overlap of the coming age and our present age, and see what new wave of the Kingdom could arrive today, this should be your next read.
