by Roger L. Crique (Author)

Poetry that listens to the soul and speaks what words alone cannot.

You have felt it before. That quiet ache at the edge of meaning, the unspoken longing for something deeper than the everyday. You have searched for language to hold your grief, your wonder, your faith, and your doubt, only to find that most words fall short. You are not alone in that searching.

Poetry Archive: Volume One is a deeply personal, bilingual collection spanning years of spiritual reflection, emotional reckoning, and philosophical inquiry. Written in both English and Spanish, these poems move through love and loss, patriotism and mourning, winter's stillness and spring's quiet return. Roger L. Crique writes as both witness and vessel, channeling voices ancient and intimate, offering verses that feel less like reading and more like remembering something your own heart already knew. From the resolute patriotism of "America the Great" to the tender grief of "Entre Dos Aguas," from the humility of "My Aim" to the soaring freedom of "Free," each poem invites you to pause, reflect, and feel.

Inside this collection, you will discover:

- Poems that explore faith, consciousness, and the mysteries of the spirit realm with honesty and reverence

- Bilingual verses in English and Spanish that honor heritage, heartbreak, and the search for identity

- Meditations on nature, mortality, love, and resilience that speak to the dreamer, the seeker, and the reflective soul
