Pitiful to Powerful is my testimony to show you that no matter how terrible your life looks, you have the ability to turn it around. If I can overcome addiction, homelessness, unemployment, divorce, heartache, and death, so can you. You are phenomenal. As long as you have life, you have hope. Dream big. Author Biography

I grew up in poverty where life expectancy was very low and from birth, many thought that I would not succeed. The doctors told my mother that there was no chance that I would ever walk or have the ability to play sports. 20 years later, I made it out of that poverty-stricken neighborhood, earned a full-ride college scholarship and went onto play professional basketball in Europe. All of my life I've overcome obstacles. I've stripped off the labels people placed on me. I've overcome a career-ending basketball injury that destroyed my finances, marriage- and nearly cost me, my life.
