Out of the Shallows is not just another devotional book.
It's for those who desire to connect with God on a deeper level, guided by reflective questions and tasks after each reading.
Matthew's Gospel invites you on a transformational journey, urging you to move from the shallows to a deeper relationship with God through His Word. Matthew was an outcast Jew living in the shallows of wealth. Like other tax collectors, he likely acquired his money by overtaxing. One day, Jesus called Matthew out of the shallows and said, "Follow me."
Matthew's acceptance radically changed his life forever.
Through thoughtful reflections, engaging questions, and practical tasks, this devotional challenges you to move beyond surface-level faith.
Are you ready to step out of the shallows?
