by A. D. Westbrook (Author)

This short devotional book considers Psalm 23 from a fresh perspective, finding middle ground for those who want more depth of understanding from the biblical text, along with straightforward applicability to the real-life journey of the believer. It encourages believers to walk in security and hope, knowing that our actual identity, value, and success are found within our central experience of the LORD's presence amid everyday circumstances--whatever they may be! These themes are universally relevant and are especially helpful for those facing challenging times, as well as for those who give pastoral care. From the first chapter, this book unpacks the poetic details of Psalm 23, repeatedly reminding us that "life is good not because it is easy; life is good because He is with me!"
