by Fr Richard Conlin (Author)

When was the last time you experienced a Christmas joy that didn't fade?

So often, Christmas gives us moments: the candles, the carols, the warmth of Christmas morning -- and then it all slowly fades as ordinary life returns. But the joy Jesus came to bring is not like that. It does not fade. It is deeper than feeling, stronger than circumstance, and it is meant for you.

This is not a surface-level happiness but a real, lasting joy that comes from knowing that God has come for you -- and He wants to be with you. Indeed, it is a joy that enters your heart, heals what is wounded, and reorients your whole life.

This is the joy God desires for you this Christmas.

In 9 Days to Christmas Joy, Fr. Rich Conlin guides you through a simple, powerful journey:

• A nine-day Advent novena to open your heart
• An eight-day Christmas octave to receive gifts

Along the way, you'll learn how to prepare the manger of your heart through the Advent Straw Challenge and walk with Mary and Joseph when life feels heavy.

This is not a book to check off your devotional list. It is an invitation to encounter the living Christ, who is actively seeking you, ready to give you more than you could imagine.

With the prayers, reflections, and guided practices woven throughout this book, the journey does not end on Christmas Day. It becomes a way of life, carrying His joy into everything that follows. This book is for people of all ages, especially for families and parish communities to journey together.

Open your heart. Make room. Receive the joy that never fades.
